* mandos-options.xml (address): Refer to IPv4-mapped IPv6 address
                                syntax by name.

* mandos.conf.xml (SEE ALSO): Also refer to gnutls_priority_init(3),
                              RFC 4291, and Zeroconf.

* mandos.xml (SEE ALSO): Also refer to sections 2.2 and 2.5.5.2 of RFC
                         4291.  Stop using <citation> tags.
