Do minor fix to make mandos-monitor work with new python-urwid

* mandos-monitor (UserInterface.log): Initialize to an
                                      urwid.SimpleListWalker([]), not
                                      an empty list.
  (UserInterface.log_message_raw): Fix off-by-one error.
