Rename "gobject" to "GObject"; prefer the new python-gi

* debian/control (Source: mandos/Build-Depends-Indep): Change
  "python-gobject | python-gi" to "python-gi | python-gobject"
  (Package: mandos/Depends): - '' -
* mandos: Prefer "gi" module over "gobject" module.  Import "gobject"
  as "GObject"; change spelling throughout.
