                                                        non-specified
                                                        interfaces.
  (main): Use lower_privileges() consistently.  Bug fix: Don't remove
          "none" from list of interfaces.  Make --interface=none work
          again by not bringing up interfaces specified after "none".

                                         specifying --interface=none
