* debian/copyright (Copyright): Join the two lines to one line.
* debian/mandos-client.README.Debian: Refer to new location of example
network hooks.
* debian/mandos-client.docs (network-hooks.d): Removed.
* debian/mandos-client.examples: New; contains "network-hooks.d".
