Remove se.recompile.Mandos.NewRequest signal - its implemetation was
buggy and its utility was questionable.

* DBUS-API (se.recompile.Mandos.NewRequest): Removed.
* mandos (ClientDBus.NewRequest): Removed.  All emitters altered.
