* mandos (ClientDBus.approval_delay, ClientDBus.approval_duration,
  ClientDBus.timeout, ClientDBus.extended_timeout,
  ClientDBus.interval): Bug fix: Cast to correct D-Bus type.
* mandos-ctl (string_to_delta): Interpret unadorned numbers as
                                milliseconds.
