* plugins.d/plymouth.c (plymouth_pid): Changed to
                                       "/run/initramfs/plymouth.pid".
  (plymouth_old_pid): New; set to "/dev/.initramfs/plymouth.pid".
  (get_pid): Try both 'plymouth_pid' and 'plymouth_old_pid'.
