* plugbasedclient.c: Renamed to "mandos-client.c".  All users changed.

* plugins.d/mandosclient.c: Renamed to "plugins.d/password-request.c".
                            All users changed.

* plugins.d/passprompt.c: Renamed to "plugins.d/password-prompt.c".
                          All users changed.

* server.conf: Renamed to "mandos.conf".  All users changed.
