* mandos (Client.runtime_expansions): New attribute containing the
                                      allowed runtime expansions.

* mandos-clients.conf.xml (OPTIONS): Reordered alphabetically.

* mandos-ctl: Bug fix: print timeout and interval values pretty again.

* mandos-ctl.xml (EXAMPLE): Added more examples.
