* Makefile (DOCS): Added "plymouth.8mandos".
  (install-server): Also install "mandos-monitor.8" and
                    "mandos-ctl.8".
  (install-client-nokey): Also install "plymouth.8mandos".
  (uninstall-server): Also remove "mandos-monitor.8" and
                      "mandos-ctl.8".
  (uninstall-client): Also remove "plymouth.8mandos".
* plugins.d/plymouth.xml: New.
