                            stylistic changes.

* plugins.d/password-prompt.c: Changed contact information.

* plugins.d/splashy.c: Changed contact information.
  (main): Changed error handling design.  Bug fix: Will now be much
          more tolerant against signals.  Bug fix: Will now re-raise
          signal received.
