* plugins.d/mandos-client.c (start_mandos_communication): Check
                                                         "quit_now"
                                                         throughout.
                                                         Always close
                                                         socket and
                                                         deinit GnuTLS
                                                         properly.
  (browse_callback): Return immediately if "quit_now" is set.
