* initramfs-tools-hook: Bug fix: Add "--userid" and "--groupid" to
                        start of "plugin-runner.conf" file instead of
                        appending, to allow any preexisting options to
                        override.
* plugin-runner.conf: Improved wording.

The Mandos server is useless without at least one configured client in
