* debian/watch: New file.

* debian/mandos-client.README.Debian (Emergency Escape): New section;
                                                         document the
                                                         "mandos=off"
                                                         kernel
                                                         parameter.
* initramfs-tools-script: Exit if kernel has parameter "mandos=off".
