Eliminate warning on 64-bit systems, thanks to Frans Pop
<elendil@planet.nl> for reporting it:

* plugin-runner.c (main): Move "ssize_t sret" to function-wide scope.
                          Use it instead of "int ret" to store return
                          value from "read()".
