* mandos (ClientDBus.approvals_pending): Changed to be a property
                                         which emits D-Bus signals.
  (ClientDBus.approved_pending): Removed - all callers changed.
  (ClientDBus.GotSecret, ClientDBus.Rejected,
  ClientDBus.NeedApproval): Do not emit D-Bus signal.
