* debian/control (mandos/Depends): Added "python-urwid".
* mandos (Client.approved_by_default): Changed default to "True".
  (Client.approved_delay): Changed default to "0s".
  (ClientDBus.GotSecret, ClientDBus.Rejected,
  ClientDBus.NeedApproval): Emit "PropertyChanged" signal for the
                            "approved_pending" property.
