* Makefile: Put the init script before avahi-daemon.

* debian/mandos.prerm: Bug fix: stop mandos, not ssh.

* debian/rules (install-indep): Put the init script before
                                avahi-daemon.

* init.d/mandos: Require "avahi-daemon".
