Suppress warnings about mlock()ing uninitialized memory and reading an
ievent struct.

"-Wmaybe-uninitialized" when mlock()ing password send buffer.
(test_read_inotify_event_IN_DELETE_badname): When reading from
a struct ievent, suppress "-Wstringop-overread".
