Allow line breaks on long lines in plugin-runner manual

* debian/mandos-client.lintian-overrides
  (manpage-has-errors-from-man): Remove.
* plugin-runner.xml (EXAMPLE): Allow line breaks by adding ZERO WIDTH
                               SPACE characters.  Also correct
                               description of example command line.
