mandos-ctl: Refactor

* mandos-ctl (main): Call get_mandos_dbus_object() to get
                     "mandos_dbus_objc", and rename it to
                     "mandos_dbus_object".
  (get_mandos_dbus_object): New.
  (Test_get_mandos_dbus_object): - '' -
