* mandos-keygen.xml (SEE ALSO): Remove "and".

* mandos.conf.xml (SEE ALSO): New section.

* mandos.xml (SEE ALSO): Changed man page references to a comma-
                         separated list, as per man-pages(7).  Added
                         reference to sh(1).
