* mandos-keygen.xml: Removed <?xml-stylesheet>.  New entity
                     "&OVERVIEW;" referring to "overview.xml".
  (PURPOSE, OVERVIEW): New sections, same as in mandos(8).
  (EXAMPLES): Renamed to "EXAMPLE", as per man-pages(7).

* mandos.xml (OPTIONS, CLIENTS): Slight wording change.
