* clients.conf.xml: Renamed to "mandos-clients.conf.xml".

* Makefile (DOCBOOKTOMAN, DOCS): New
  (all): Include $(DOCS)
  (%.5: %.xml, %.8: %.xml, %.8mandos: %.xml): New.
  (clean): Also remove $(DOCS)
