Update RFC references to their modern equivalents.

* plugins.d/mandos-client.xml (SEE ALSO): Replace RFC 4346 (TLS 1.1)
  with RFC 5246 (TLS 1.2), and replace RFC 5081 (TLS OpenPGP) with its
  replacement RFC 6091.
