* debian/mandos-client.examples: New; contains "network-hooks.d".
* debian/rules (binary-common): Added "dh_installexamples".
  (binary-common/dh_fixperms): Changed to exclude new location of
  "network-hooks.d".
* init.d-mandos (status): Support new "status" action.
