* plugins.d/plymouth.c: Fixed comment to "Plymouth" instead of "Usplash".
 (makeprompt): Mimic the default prompt.
 (exec_and_wait): Correct type of "tmp"; remove cast.  Also remove
                  unnecessary cast of NULL.
