* mandos (peer_certificate): Handle NULL pointer from
                             "gnutls_certificate_get_peers" slightly
                             better.
  (TCP_handler.handle): Added some extra debug output.

  (MandosServer.GetAllClients,

  MandosServer.RemoveClient): Added doc string.
