* mandos-clients.conf.xml (OPTIONS): Added "approved_by_default",

                                     "approval_duration".
* mandos.xml (D-BUS INTERFACE): Refer to the "DBUS-API" file.
  (BUGS): Remove mention of lack of a remote query interface.
