* network-hooks.s/bridge: Don't use interface names directly; search
                          for interface names using their address.
  (addrtoif): New function.
* network-hooks.s/bridge.conf (PORTS): Removed.
  (PORT_ADDRESSES): New.
* network-hooks.s/wireless: Don't use interface names directly; search
                            for interface names using their address.
  (addrtoif): New function.
* network-hooks.s/wireless.conf: Specify address.
