* Makefile (DOCS): Added "plugins.d/askpass-fifo.8mandos".
  (install-client-nokey): Also install
                          "plugins.d/askpass-fifo.8mandos".
  (uninstall-client): Also uninstall "plugins.d/askpass-fifo.8mandos".

* plugins.d/askpass-fifo.xml: New.
