* debian/control (mandos-client): Depend on "cryptsetup".

* debian/mandos-client.README.Debian: Add the text from
                                      "etc-plugins.d-README".

* debian/mandos-client.postrm (purge): Hide failures.

* etc-plugins.d-README: Removed.
