* plugin-runner.xml (PLUGINS/WRITING PLUGINS): New section.
  (BUGS): Commented out.  There are no bugs.
  (EXAMPLE): Added lots of examples.
  (SECURITY): Added text.
  (SEE ALSO): Added "crypttab(5)" and "execve(2)".
