* Makefile (DOCBOOKTOMAN): Only cd to one directory.

* mandos-options.xml (interface): Removed mention of a specific
                                  replaceable.
  (debug): Reworded slightly.

* mandos.conf.xml (OPTIONS): Renamed some replaceable names.

* mandos.xml (SYNOPSIS, OPTIONS): Renamed replaceable of "interface"
                                  from "IF" to "NAME".
